• Appartamento di 120 mq al piano primo e mansarda, per 4 (+2 persone con eventuale letto aggiuntivo), dotato di cucina completamente attrezzata, letto matrimoniale, TV, Wi Fi, aria condizionata, phon, bagno con doccia.

APPARTAMENTO PER 2 PERSONE / PEOPLE (animali non ammessi - biancheria a richiesta) (pets not allowed - linen on request)

• Appartamento di 65 mq al piano primo, per 2 (+2 persone con divano letto in soggiorno matrimoniale), dotato di soggiorno con cucina completamente attrezzata, camera con letto matrimoniale, TV, Wi Fi, aria condizionata, phon, bagno con doccia e 2 terrazzini.

La Fattoria Didattica regolarmente riconosciuta dalla  Regione del Veneto, svolge e organizza : 

• Settimane Verdi Estive per bambini dai 5 ai 15 anni
• Ospita feste di compleanno o di classe
• Organizza escursioni per gli ospiti nel Parco Adige Sud o a Verona
• Segue le finalità contenute al comma 5 dell' allegato A Dgr n. 591 del 21/04/2015 (anche con turisti presenti in agricamping e in L.C., permettendo i pernotti senza servizi

The Educational Farm, officially recognized by the Veneto Region, conducts and organizes:

• Summer Green Weeks for children aged 5 to 15
• Hosts birthday or class parties
• Organizes excursions for guests to the Adige Sud Park or Verona
• Follows the objectives set out in paragraph 5 of Annex A, Regional Council Resolution No. 591 of April 21, 2015 (including tourists staying at agricamping sites and in recreational facilities, allowing overnight stays without services).

Circa un 10% - 15% dei clienti lamenta (visibili su Google - P4 Night - Campercontact):

• bagni non lussusi e rustici : si prega di visionare le fotografie
• prezzi alti : si prega di visionare listino prezzi con relative tasse
• rumore proveniente dal vicino impianto industriale : nella posizione più svantaggiata dell'agriturismo esso può arrivare a 50 Decibel (moderato), lo staff sul posto vi suggerirà all'arrivo la miglior posizione per creare meno disagio possibile
• presenza di insetti : animali e luogo verde favoriscono questa condizione

• Noise from the nearby industrial plant: in the most disadvantaged position of the agriturismo, it can reach 50 Decibels (moderate). On-site staff will advise you upon arrival on the best position to cause the least disruption possible
• Presence of insects: animals and the greenery contribute to this condition

• Lärm vom nahegelegenen Industriebetrieb: Selbst an den ungünstigsten Stellen des Agriturismo kann der Lärmpegel 50 Dezibel erreichen (mittel). Das Personal vor Ort berät Sie bei Ihrer Ankunft gerne, wo Sie am besten aufgehoben sind, um die Lärmbelästigung so gering wie möglich zu halten
• Insektenbefall: Tiere und die üppige Vegetation tragen dazu bei
