1 - ACCESSO SPONTANEO IN CAMPING / RICHIESTA TELEFONICA DI DISPONIBILITA' GIORNALIERA IN CAMPEGGIO :

L’accesso spontaneo è sempre gradito, il cliente deve sapere che la disponibilità potrà variare : 

• durante il giorno, dal mattino / pomeriggio / alla sera / impegni dello staff
• in base alla stagione
• in base al meteo / pioggia / presenza di fango nelle piazzole
• in base a disdette / mancati arrivi / cancellazioni / prolungamenti
• il cliente può richiedere la disponibilità residua in camping per telefono (+390458060041) al mattino del giorno d'arrivo, o circa 1, 2 ore prima dell'arrivo (con arrivi serali)

2 - RICHIESTA DI PRENOTAZIONE IN CAMPING :

Solo su appuntamento, indicando obbligatoriamente : 

• data e ed    orario di arrivo in agriturismo (vincolanti) 
• un nome di riferimento
• i giorni di permanenza (vincolanti e non modificabili)
• un numero di telefono mobile (se la richiesta è fatta per e.mail)

1 - SPONTANEOUS  ACCESS TO CAMPING / TELEPHONE REQUEST FOR DAILY AVAILABILITY IN CAMPSITE:

Spontaneous access is always welcome, but GUEST must know that availability may vary :

• during the day, from morning / afternoon / to evening / staff committents
• based on  season
• based on weather / rain / or presence of mud on pitches
• based on cancellations / no-shows / extensions
• guest can request remaining availability at campsite by telephone (+390458060041) at morning of day of arrival, or approximately 1, 2 hours before arrival (with evening arrivals)

2 - CAMPSITE BOOKING REQUEST:

Only by appointment, writing mandatory :

• date and time (hour)  of arrival at agriturismo (binding)
• a reference name
• days of stay (binding and not changeable)
• a mobile phone number (if request is made by e-mail)

1 -  SPONTANER ZUGANG ZUM CAMPINGPLATZ / TELEFONISCHE ANFRAGE ZUR TÄGLICHEN VERFÜGBARKEIT AUF DEM CAMPINGPLATZ:

Spontaner Zugang ist jederzeit willkommen. Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass die Verfügbarkeit variieren kann :

• tagsüber, morgens/nachmittags/abends, Mitarbeiterverpflichtungen
• je nach Saison
• je nach Wetterlage/Regen/oder Schlamm auf den Stellplätzen
• je nach Stornierungen/Nichterscheinen / Verlängerungen
• Der Kunde kann die verbleibende Verfügbarkeit auf dem Campingplatz telefonisch (+390458060041) am Morgen des Anreisetages oder ca. 1, 2 Stunden vor der Ankunft (bei Abendankünften) erfragen.

2 -  CAMPINGPLATZ - BUCHUNGSANFRAGE :

Nur nach Vereinbarung. Bitte geben Sie folgende Daten an :

• Ankunftsdatum und uhrzeit / std. (verbindlich)
• Referenzname
• Aufenthaltsdauer (verbindlich und nicht änderbar)
• Handynummer (bei Anfragen per E-Mail)

1 -  SPONTANEOUS ACCESS TO CAMPING /  DEMANDE DE DISPONIBILITÉ JOURNALIÈRE AU CAMPING PAR TÉLÉPHONE :

L'accès spontané est toujours le bienvenu, mais les INVITÉS doivent savoir que les disponibilités peuvent varier :

• en journée, du matin / après-midi / au soir / engagements du personnel
• en fonction de la saison
• en fonction de la météo / pluie / ou présence de boue sur les emplacements
• en fonction des annulations / non-présentations / prolongations
• le client peut demander la disponibilité restante au camping par téléphone (+390458060041) le matin du jour d'arrivée, ou environ 1, 2 heures avant l'arrivée (avec arrivées en soirée)

2 -  DEMANDE DE RÉSERVATION D'EMPLACEMENT DE CAMPING :

Uniquement sur rendez-vous, en indiquant obligatoirement :

• la date et  l'heure d'arrivée  à l'agritourisme (obligatoire)
• un nom de référence
• les jours de séjour (obligatoires et non modifiables)
• un numéro de téléphone portable (si la demande est effectuée par e-mail)
